Overview
The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology, is seeking a full-time Research Project Manager to work on campus in Hershey, PA. The position supports the research interests of the department and involves clinical research, pre-award activities, and project management. A successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including grant preparation assistance for faculty and residents, study design and IRB protocol development with faculty, monitoring grant funding opportunities, planning and administering grant/project budgets, and coordinating participant enrollment in clinical trials.
Responsibilities- Assist faculty and residents with grant preparation.
- Design studies and develop IRB protocols with faculty.
- Monitor grant funding opportunities.
- Plan and administer grant/project budgets.
- Coordinate participant enrollment in clinical trials.
- Support the research interests of the department.
Bachelor s Degree. No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education. Required

Salary & BenefitsThe salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $56,200.00 - $81,500.00.
