Job Overview
hiring Chemistry Experts to support AI model training by creating and reviewing advanced Chemistry problems and solutions. The role involves designing upper undergraduate and graduate-level Chemistry questions to evaluate and improve AI model performance. This is a full-time remote contract role requiring strong Chemistry expertise, analytical thinking, and scientific writing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Primary responsibility:
Design and create advanced Chemistry problems with step-by-step solutions.
Develop Chemistry questions to train and evaluate AI models.
Ensure accuracy in formulas, chemical notation, units, and scientific standards.
Secondary responsibility:
Review and validate Chemistry problems for correctness and clarity.
Format problems using LaTeX, mhchem, and chemfig.
Analyze AI-generated outputs and improve problem quality.
Collaboration and teamwork:
Work with AI trainers, reviewers, and project managers.
Maintain consistent quality and follow client specifications.
Requirements
Education/Experience requirement:
Master's or PhD in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Chemistry teaching, research, or content creation.
Publications or academic research experience preferred.
Technical skills needed:
Strong knowledge in Chemistry domains such as:
Organic Chemistry
Inorganic Chemistry
Physical Chemistry
Analytical Chemistry
Polymer Chemistry & Polymer Physics
Strong LaTeX skills (mhchem, chemfig preferred).
Knowledge of IUPAC nomenclature and stereo chemistry.
Ability to solve quantitative and analytical Chemistry problems.
Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent scientific writing and communication skills.
High attention to detail in chemical calculations and notation.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
