Location: Kingston
A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Lead CRA to manage and deliver comprehensive clinical site monitoring services. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and French and have 4-6 years of related experience. Responsibilities include acting as a mentor for CRAs, overseeing project monitoring, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position is home-based with regular travel to sites expected.
Salary ranges from $78,000 to $130,000 plus bonus.
