Ecologist - Consultant to Principal level

Join our team and work flexibly across our UK offices or remotely, applying your ecological expertise to client projects. Your role will involve:

• Conducting site work and ecological surveys, often requiring physical presence at project sites.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from other teams (planning, engineering, transportation, asset management) to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and supporting all phases of project delivery.

• Bat class 2 licence.
• Botanical specialism, ideally FISC 3 or higher.
• Ornithological specialism.
• Project management, client care and business development experience.

• 54 permanent ecologists across 13 offices working collaboratively.
