Foran Mining Corporation (TSX:
FOM) is a forward-thinking mining company redefining the industry. We are seeking an Environment Summer Student to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team this summer. This is a full-time position on a 4-month term based at the McIlvenna Bay site working either a 7/7 or a 14/14 rotation. This is a term position from May until End of August 2026.

Foran has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated student to assist the environment team with environmental management, monitoring and inspection at the McIlvenna Bay Operation during summer 2026.
Job Responsibilities- Assist with environmental inspections and monitoring activities to support environmental compliance.
- Support the operation and basic maintenance of environmental equipment and instruments.
- Perform data entry and assist with basic data review and organization.
- Work in both field and office settings, with the majority of time spent in the field.
- Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the environmental team.
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during fieldwork.
- Must be a student 18 years of age or older, currently enrolled full-time in a Canadian science or engineering-based post-secondary program.
- Must be returning to full-time studies in Fall 2025.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Standard First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work outdoors in an industrial environment.
- Ability to demonstrate safe and efficient work practices.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and accountability.
- Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
- Strong decision-making and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
$22.40/hr
