NRSI, a leading biological consulting firm based in Waterloo, Ontario, seeks a skilled Field Biologist. You will lead ecological surveys primarily in northern Ontario, engaging in data management and report writing. This hybrid position allows you to work from home alongside in-office collaboration two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ecological surveys in remote environments

• Manage and analyze ecological data accurately

• Support report writing with clear documentation

• Coordinate field surveys for terrestrial and wetland areas

• Assist in preparing proposals and cost estimates
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of field survey experience

• Degree in Biology or Environmental Sciences

• Proficient in identifying Ontario wildlife species

• Ability to travel for multi-day surveys

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
