As a Staff Geologist, you will join a collaborative team of environmental professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and upholding the company’s core values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career geologists to gain hands‑on field experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to impactful environmental projects.

- Assist with planning and oversight of drilling and subsurface investigation projects.
- Collect, analyze, and ensure quality control of geologic and environmental data in the field.
- Prepare groundwater contour maps, potentiometric surface maps, and other site figures using GIS and related software.
- Conduct sampling of soil, groundwater, vapor, and surface water.
- Oversee subcontractors, install and plug monitoring wells, and respond to environmental incidents as needed.
- Prepare technical reports, field documentation, and data summaries to support environmental investigations and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and project team members.
- Travel to project sites, including remote locations, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology (required).
- 0–2 years of relevant field experience in environmental consulting or related work.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and ArcGIS or similar GIS software.
- Understanding of environmental investigation techniques.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors year‑round.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork, work ethic, curiosity, and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to travel as required, including overnight stays and work at remote project locations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
- Effective problem‑solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and priorities.
