Qualifications

✅ MBA or Master's Degree in Management (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 2 year of academic writing experience
✅ Strong knowledge of HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Healthcare, Nursing, Psychology, Case Studies, Research Methodology, etc.
✅ Experience writing assignments, dissertations, literature reviews, research proposals, and case study analyses
✅ Excellent command of English writing and referencing styles (APA, Harvard, MLA, Chicago)
✅ Ability to deliver plagiarism-free and grammatically accurate content
✅ Knowledge of SPSS is preferred
✅ Comfortable handling student and faculty queries
✅ Willingness to learn new academic tools and research techniques

⚠ Important:

• This is a pure academic writing role.

• Candidates must be capable of producing original content independently.

• Strong research, paraphrasing, and critical analysis skills are essential.

Responsibilities
Should be able to deliver high quality academic content such as academic papers, essays, research proposals, dissertations, literature reviews, and other scholarly documents according to specified guidelines and citation styles (eg, APA, MLA, Chicago)
Strong experience in Qualitative and Quantitative dissertation.
Responsible for delivering plagiarism free and grammatically sound content.
Responsible for proofreading the work.
Should have sound conceptual knowledge of and be able to write on the subjects such as HR, Marketing, Case studies, supply chain management, Sustainability, Knowledge Management, Healthcare, nursing, early childhood, psychology etc.
Responsible for meeting the daily word count allocation targets & addressing any kind of comment done in the quality check performed by our company.
Needs to resolve the query of the students & teachers.
Responsible for writing the content solely because use of AI tools are prohibited.
Responsible for providing academic solutions for the students of the globe like- UK, Australia, Canada etc.
Responsible for enhancing knowledge by learning new tools & techniques.
