United States Digital Space LLC is looking for a Research Engineer / Research Scientist in San Francisco to advance capabilities in AI alignment. You will design experiments and work on model training to ensure that models reliably follow user intent and report their limitations honestly. A hybrid work model is in place, providing coordination between in-office and remote work.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with ML, particularly with reinforcement learning techniques, as well as strong problem-solving skills in a collaborative research setting.
