This full-time, 10-month position allows you to work from Fairview, Grande Prairie, or Peace River, driving results by collaborating effectively with squad members. Your responsibilities include utilizing technical expertise to support Bayer's diverse product portfolio and mentoring team members, ensuring high-quality agronomic solutions are delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute agronomic strategies to meet targets

• Collaborate with Market Development for field tests

• Provide technical support on product performance

• Collect data to maintain quality standards

• Foster a safe, inclusive team environment

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. or Diploma in agronomy or agriculture research

• Strong knowledge of crop production

• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts

• Experience supervising field trials and interns

• Valid driver’s license for fieldwork
