To strengthen our service team, we are looking for someone for the position of

Field‑Service Engineer (m/w/d) in the North Rhine‑Westphalia area.

• National Service & Support on‑site for FT‑IR, NIR‑ and Raman‑Spectroscopy systems as well as other technologies
• Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
• Process‑Integration of analytical instruments
• Network integration of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
• Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
• If needed: support the remote‑solution centre
• On request: support of in‑house repairs
• If needed: support with Service relevant document generation
• Frequent travel and overnight stays are required

• Customer‑centric acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit
• Can‑do attitude
• Solid knowledge with all modern PC and network standards
• Self‑responsible working and time management combined with flexibility
• Willingness to travel several days per week

• Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experience
• Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well
• Proven track record in FT‑IR, NIR‑, Raman‑Spectroscopy as well as remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a clear plus
• Field Service experience
• Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing
