Senior Geologist - Exploration & Modelling

Elevate exploration efforts as a Senior Exploration Geologist with Stardust, focusing on mineral resource development in Sudbury's high-potential gold systems. This full-time position features flexible remote work options and required on-site engagement during exploration phases.
In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Exploration, driving the execution of exploration initiatives and providing technical insights for geological modeling and reporting. Your extensive background in orogenic gold systems and proficiency in 3D modelling will allow you to significantly influence decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct drilling, mapping, and sampling in compliance with regulations

• Generate and refine geological targets through data analysis

• Develop geological cross-sections and models using industry tools

• Ensure QA/QC protocols for geological data collection

• Implement safety and regulatory compliance measures
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or similar discipline

• Minimum of 8 years in mineral exploration roles

• Professional Geoscientist registration or eligibility

• Expertise in geological modelling and data interpretation

• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
