This position is within the Long-Term Innovation (LTI) team with responsibility for assigned projects & various initiatives contributing to top line business growth of the future. Responsibility also includes organizing creative events to support driving an innovative mindset & culture throughout the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate while coordinating external and internal resources in needed in addition to leading technically challenging projects.
The successful candidate will serve as an example of a best-in-class innovative interdisciplinary risk taker.
MainDuties & Responsibilities
- Participate in brainstorming with the New Product Development & Engineering Resource Center teams to discover new solutions and approaches to old problems
- Manage projects of varied sizes and types concurrently
- Research innovative products & services aimed at enhancing the company's offering
- Build "Best of Hub" via reviewing current internal processes and documenting best practices
- Search for ideas and new technologies outside the company
- Facilitate internal meetings effectively
- Periodic travel may be required
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, food science, marketing, or other related discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years' experience with multiple roles within product development/R&D, brand management, and/or market researcher/consumer insights delivering technical projects CPG or related industries
- Solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster team relationships
- Strategic, analytical mindset and ability to drive insights through to strategies
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced PC skills using Microsoft Office products, able to generate graphs, presentations, and charts
