Position: Field-Based Environmental Scientist Position
Join WSP as a Field-Based Environmental Scientist focusing on remediation projects in Northern Territories. This role emphasizes hands-on work with contaminated sites, ideal for individuals who thrive in remote environments.

This position requires at least three years of experience in site assessments. You will spearhead the planning and execution of field programs, ensure safety compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Your role is critical to delivering technical reports and fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage two annual remediation field projects

• Conduct Phase I & II assessments and groundwater surveying

• Compile and present technical findings to stakeholders

• Develop safety and emergency response guidelines

• Support training initiatives for junior environmental professionals

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant field experience

• Degree or diploma in natural or earth sciences

• Experience in remote work settings

• Strong expertise in health and safety measures
