Position: OnCore Calendar Builder (Remote), Clinical Trials Unit (Staff Wage)
The SOM Clinical Trials Unit is seeking a WAGE Compliance Professional to join our Finance team. OnCore is the clinical trial management system (CTMS) utilized by clinical research teams  OnCore Calendar Builder will primarily be responsible for building OnCore calendars based on the IRB-approved research protocol and associated OnCore Financial Console. The successful applicant will work with clinical research teams.

The position will report to the Senior Compliance Manager within the SOM Clinical Trials Unit.

Responsibilities Include:

* Aid in executing compliance program components, including protocol review, record keeping, reporting, and evaluation.

* Perform preliminary review of protocols and identify potential concerns, reporting them to supervisor.

* Work with study teams to build calendars and financial consoles within research systems based on research protocols.

Anticipated Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly

The University will perform background checks on all new hires prior to employment. A completed pre-employment health screen is required for this position prior to employment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor's degree. 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

Three years. Experience in clinical research and/or clinical compliance, working with OnCore clinical trial management system (CTMS), and e xperience building OnCore calendars and financial console parameters is required.

Licensure:
Subject matter licensure may be required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
