Probity Medical Research Ethics Assistant

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Support ethical compliance at Probity Medical Research (PMR) as an Ethics Submission Assistant located in Waterloo, Ontario. This role emphasizes timely submissions and collaboration, with some flexibility for remote work.

PMR is actively seeking candidates for this important role within its Study Department. The Ethics Submission Assistant will be instrumental in supporting ethics submissions across various studies while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and eager to contribute to clinical research advancements in a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete initial ethics applications and submissions

• Ensure compliance with ethics committee standards

• Draft and review consent forms and other needed documentation

• Track and manage submissions through online platforms

• Collaborate with project managers to facilitate communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or diploma in relevant field

• 1-2 years of experience preferred

• Proficient in MS Office and online database systems

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
