Indero, a Canadian-owned CRO, is on the lookout for a Clinical Trial Manager II with at least 8 years of experience in clinical research. You will manage clinical monitoring, mentor CRAs, and ensure compliance with regulations while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Your passion for dermatology will be a key asset in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical monitoring activities per sponsor satisfaction

• Identify quality issues related to site performance

• Mentor and oversee CRAs and Lead CRAs

• Prepare project-specific training for CRAs

• Develop tools and reports for monitoring compliance

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience

• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP standards

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English;
French is an asset
