Position: Entry-Level Mine Geologist Role at SSR Mining
Kickstart your career with SSR Mining as an Entry-Level Mine Geologist in a remote work setting. Focus on geological integrity and collaborate closely with mining operations for effective resource development.

As a vital member of the Resource Development team, you will report to the Supervisor and assist in various geological tasks to support mining efficiency. Your responsibilities will include grade control, geological mapping, and maintaining safety in the field, ensuring adherence to protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide input for stope design and stockpile management

• Map geological features and interpret geotechnical data

• Conduct daily chip, channel, and muck sampling

• Collaborate with the Mining Department on operations alignment

• Log drill core and assist with geological reporting

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. in Geology or related field;
Geoscientist registration preferred

• Minimum one year of relevant mining experience

• Familiarity with geologic software programs is an asset

• Adaptability in a fast-paced team environment

• Commitment to a proactive safety mindset
