- Create data integrity and ad‑hoc reports using student information systems related to graduation.
- Utilize Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, VBA, XSL, and CSS for database queries and reporting.
- Experience with Ellucian Banner (version 9.0) and Degree Works (version 4.1.6) student information systems preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to write and test programming code and Boolean logic.
- Interact effectively with intra‑ and interdepartmental colleagues and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree required; some higher education or registrar’s office experience preferred.
- Salary non‑negotiable, up to $55,000 annually.
- Position is full‑time, classified, and falls under EEO category C Technicians.
- Criminal background check required for final candidate; may require working during university closings, including remote work.
