Clinical Research Associate – Dallas, TX
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) supports the research and development of drug and medical device products by conducting site visits, monitoring protocol compliance, and ensuring data integrity. The role requires frequent travel (60‑70% nationwide). No prior CRA experience is required;

Key Responsibilities- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with the approved protocol;
- Communicate with site staff, verify investigator qualifications and facility adequacy;
- Verify and document source data against case report forms, report entry errors and protocol deviations;
- Perform on‑site and virtual monitoring using risk‑based approach and Clinical Trial Management System;
- Verify eligibility of enrolled subjects and review adverse events, serious adverse events, concomitant medications;
- Review regulatory documents, product accountability and inventory;
- Assess site recruitment and retention, provide improvement suggestions;
- Prepare monitoring reports and follow‑up letters summarizing findings, deviations and recommended corrective actions.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a health or science related field; advanced degrees or prior clinical research experience is a plus;
- Ability to travel 60‑70% nationwide and possess a valid driver’s license;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong communication and presentation skills;
- Detail‑oriented with efficient time‑management abilities.
