Optimapharm, a global CRO, is seeking a Senior CRA for the US Clinical Operations team. This remote role supports oncology studies across sites, applying ICH GCP standards and driving site initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
You will mentor colleagues, manage budgets with investigators, and ensure data quality through CAPA and study document preparation. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ independent oncology monitoring, strong communication, and a proactive, matrix-work mindset.
