The SOM Clinical Trials Unit is seeking a WAGE Compliance Professional to join our Finance team. The OnCore Calendar Builder will primarily be responsible for building OnCore calendars based on the IRB‑approved research protocol and associated OnCore Financial Console. The successful applicant will work with clinical research teams and report to the Senior Compliance Manager within the SOM Clinical Trials Unit.
This is a wage position which is not eligible for leave or other benefits and is limited to 1500 hours of work in a year.
Job Responsibilities- Aid in executing compliance program components, including protocol review, record keeping, reporting, and evaluation.
- Perform preliminary review of protocols and identify potential concerns, reporting them to supervisor.
- Work with study teams to build calendars and financial consoles within research systems based on research protocols.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree. Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Experience:
Three years in clinical research and/or clinical compliance, working with OnCore CTMS, and experience building OnCore calendars and financial console parameters. - Licensure:
Subject matter licensure may be required.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
CompensationAnticipated Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly
