Our Real‑World Evidence (RWE) team is growing quickly and we have an exciting opportunity for an Epidemiologist to join our friendly and collaborative team. The RWE team contributes to the design, execution and reporting of prospective, retrospective and cross‑sectional real‑world studies. We develop protocols and statistical analysis plans, acquire and analyse data, and communicate findings in written and oral formats. Project types include secondary analysis of patient registries and electronic health record databases, as well as primary data generation such as prospective cohort studies or patient/clinician surveys.
You will work in project teams alongside colleagues from all service areas to ensure RWE projects are completed to an exceptionally high standard, on time and in line with client expectations. The role will include a range of work with varying technical requirements. You will receive one‑to‑one training in technical aspects, including project management and client communication. Delivering project work requires close collaboration with clients, and following a successful induction you will increasingly participate in teleconferences and face‑to‑face meetings with external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will show the potential to progress rapidly and could, with close mentoring, take on project management and client responsibility in six to twelve months.
