The Associate Product Engineer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of product specifications supporting the global cell culture media business. This position reports to the Product Engineering Manager and is part of the Global Product Engineering Team located in Logan, UT; it is an on‑site role.

• Create, manage and maintain specifications for finished goods, prototypes and intermediate products.
• Manage the change process for manufacturing, quality processes and products.
• Facilitate and drive results across multiple functions for new product set‑up.
• Work with a team of product engineers, designers and scientists to effectively and rapidly design and approve new custom products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or Biotechnology, or 5+ years of industry experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to lead and handle multiple projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Good analytical and planning skills.

• Technical writing in Life Sciences.

Cytiva offers comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) to eligible employees. The salary range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000. This range is a good‑faith estimate and may change.
