Position: Greenhouse Labourer On-Site Role
Become a pivotal part of the team as a Greenhouse Labourer. This on-site position involves essential tasks such as crop cleaning, plant care, and operating climate control systems.

We are looking for motivated individuals to work in our greenhouse environment without the option for remote work. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. The role is physically demanding, including repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and requires standing for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean crops and maintain greenhouse hygiene

• Operate climate control systems effectively

• Mix and prepare soils for planting

• Water and tend to various plants and gardens

• Report any signs of insect or disease damage

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and work on-site

• Ability to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks

• Capability to perform physically demanding work

• Flexibility to handle fast-paced, repetitive tasks
