Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive mineral resource models and estimations

• Prepare reports in compliance with industry standards

• Coordinate with field teams on geological data and interpretations

• Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Manage external contractors in support of projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering

• 10+ years of mining experience, especially in resource estimation

• Registered Professional Geoscientist or eligible

• Familiarity with resource and reserve reconciliation

• Strong analytical and teamwork skills
