Poolside is building multimodal AI models with a focus on software development. We are assembling a team to own multimodality direction, ship image-input capabilities, and push from adapter-based approaches toward native multimodality.
You will collaborate with a strong research group and a global, distributed team, driving experiments and real-world deployments across Poolside models. You will work in a fully remote, flexible-role environment with significant ownership.
