Merck is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to lead a team of 6-14 CRAs and ensure strong study/site performance with strict adherence to ICH GCP. You will mentor, train and assess CRA performance while coordinating with CRM, PLMs and HQ to align capabilities across the country.
The role requires 5+ years in clinical research, 3+ years as a CRA, a Bachelor's degree in Science and willingness to travel up to 50% with a remote work arrangement.
