Looking for Staff Engineer that has working knowledge within (IEC 60601-1) along with some of their collateral/particulars. The Staff engineer should be senior enough to demonstrate working knowledge within the standards identified above. The Staff engineer will also be required to support other engineers on their projects, sales staff, and customers as needed. Project scoping and quoting will be part of the requirements and helping build the Austin product safety business.

The Staff engineer should be able to work independently with minimal help/guidance on a variety of products to the requirements of U.S., Canadian and other international product safety standards; writing reports; and communicating with clients.
