A.I.S., Inc. (AIS) is recruiting Reef Fish and Shrimp Fisheries Observers to work at sea aboard commercial fishing vessels along the Gulf of Mexico and Southeast Atlantic. Observers collect data and biological samples for NMFS SEFCS and deploy on vessels ranging 30’ to 90’ with training provided in Galveston, TX.
The position involves long trips, remote work environments, and potential weeks er a 3-week paid in-person training, observers may earn $19.33/hour plus possible $4.57/hour
