Clinical Trial Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial Manager responsible for the effective global management of clinical studies within a clinical development program. The role involves overseeing the study team for assigned studies or programs and managing relationships with CROs, central labs, IRBs, investigating sites, and other external partners. You will coordinate the activities of all trial conduct partners and team members while proactively identifying and managing risks.
Additionally, you will participate in the development and review of supporting documents for clinical studies, registries, or access programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the study team for assigned studies or programs.
- Oversee relationships with CROs, central labs, IRBs, investigating sites, and other external partners.
- Coordinate activities of all trial conduct partners and team members.
- Proactively identify and manage risks.
- Participate in the development and review of Protocols, Informed Consent Forms, Investigator Brochures, Study Manuals, Statistical Analysis Plans, CRFs, Data Management Plans, and Clinical Study Reports.
- Manage and lead cross-functional clinical trial team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members regarding operational activities pertaining to the execution of clinical trials.
Essential
Skills:
- 3-5 years of Clinical Trial Management experience.
- Global experience in clinical trials.
- Vendor and CRO management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with gene therapy and monitoring.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience independently running studies.
- 3 years of Clinical Trial Management for CTM and 5 years for Sr. CTM.
- Gene therapy is a plus.
- Site management experience.
Work Environment:
This position is remote with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Standard Time zone. Occasional travel for site initiation visits is required.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
