Position: Hourly Graduate Assistantship UAA COH

This is a labor pool from which the College of Health will draw when graduate assistants are needed to work on sponsored projects. Incumbents will join faculty and researchers who are active in conducting research in various disciplines. This will include working on one or more funded projects in these research areas under the guidance of Principal Investigators.

Skills/experience varies according to research project needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

In order to be eligible for student employment, graduate students must be enrolled in a federal minimum of six credit hours in the current semester of employment or have been enrolled the preceding semester for six or more credit hours, and demonstrate plans to enroll for six or more credit hours in the next semester for employment between semesters. They must also have at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) or approval from the chancellor or the chancellor’s designee.

Enrollment in a graduate program at the University of Alaska required.
