Your role will focus on providing agronomic solutions and managing customer trials effectively.

This position involves leveraging data to support agricultural recommendations tailored for small grains. Responsibilities include conducting analyses and providing effective water management solutions. Training staff and customers in agronomic practices will also be an essential part of your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive soil and plant analysis

• Assist with customer trials and agronomic demonstrations

• Review drainage products and manage water properly

• Interpret agricultural data for client recommendations

• Train and assist staff and customer development

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in agronomic roles required

• Knowledge of crop protection products necessary

• A valid Class 5 Driver's License needed

• Professional Agronomy Designation (PAg) preferred

• Degree in Agriculture, Business, or Science related
