• Conduct remote site assessments and virtual consultations with agricultural producers, environmental consultants, and land managers.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients and project stakeholders.

• A Master's or PhD degree in Soil Science, Environmental Science, Agronomy, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in soil science, with a strong focus on agricultural applications.
• Proven expertise in soil chemistry, physics, and biology, with a deep understanding of soil testing and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in using GIS software, remote sensing data, and specialized soil modeling tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
