As a Strategic Agronomist at MNP, your role will be pivotal in sourcing and supporting agronomy client relationships. You'll work collaboratively to identify opportunities that add value and enhance client satisfaction, taking part in both strategic planning and in-field assessments. Flexibility to work out of a home office is essential, with travel requirements for outdoor tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage agronomy client relationship sourcing
• Support and manage client expectations
• Investigate opportunities for customer value
• Collaborate on strategic client engagements
• Perform soil sampling and crop assessments
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture needed
• Preferably 5 years in agriculture customer management
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License necessary
• Ability to adapt to home and field work
• Willing to work outdoors and overtime during busy periods
