About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly knowledgeable and innovative Agronomist to join their team, working remotely to support agricultural operations across various regions. This role is instrumental in providing expert advice on crop production, soil management, and sustainable farming practices. You will leverage your scientific expertise to analyze data, develop recommendations, and troubleshoot challenges faced by farmers, contributing to increased yields and improved resource efficiency.

- Provide expert technical advice on crop selection, planting, fertilization, and pest/disease management.
- Conduct soil analysis and develop tailored soil health management plans.
- Analyze agricultural data, including yield reports and environmental factors, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and recommend sustainable farming practices to optimize resource utilization and environmental impact.
- Assist in the planning and execution of field trials to test new agricultural products and techniques.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to farmers, management, and other stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Agronomist or in a similar agricultural advisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of crop physiology, soil science, and integrated pest management.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
