• Develop and execute comprehensive crop management plans tailored to diverse agricultural environments.
• Conduct field research and data analysis to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide expert advice and technical support to farmers, agricultural businesses, and project teams on soil health, pest control, and sustainable farming techniques.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and methodologies in farming practices, ensuring efficacy and adoption.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and clients regarding agronomic strategies and outcomes.
• Mentor junior agronomists and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the remote team.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Science, or a related agricultural field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy, with a proven track record in crop production and farm management.
• Strong understanding of soil science , plant physiology, pest and disease management, and sustainable agriculture principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and agricultural technology platforms (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, precision agriculture tools).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams remotely.
