You will be instrumental in developing and optimizing crop management strategies, leveraging data analytics, and advising on best practices for soil health, pest control, and yield enhancement.

• Provide expert agronomic advice and support to farmers and clients remotely via digital platforms.

• Stay abreast of the latest agricultural research, technologies, and best practices to inform recommendations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in agronomy, with a strong understanding of plant physiology and soil science.
• Proficiency in using agricultural software, data analysis tools, and remote sensing technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical information.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
