** Your Opportunity*
* The Nursing Editor & Accreditation Specialist is responsible for developing high-quality, evidence-based educational content for allied health professionals while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. This role combines editorial leadership, excellent writing skills, clinical subject matter expertise, and accreditation management to support continuing education programs aligned with professional and regulatory requirements

** What You'll Do*
* + Interpret and apply requirements from accrediting bodies relevant to allied health (ANCC, CA Board of RN)

+ Prepare and manage accreditation applications and renewals and ensure compliance with accreditation standards

+ Assess professional learning needs, licensing requirements, and clinical trends to guide content strategy

+ Write and edit clinical reference materials and CE modules using current research and best practices

+ Ensure adherence to professional, legal, ethical, and editorial standards

+ Lead content review cycles, update courses for accuracy and relevance and analyze learner data and evaluations to improve content

+ Recruit and collaborate with subject matter experts, writers, and reviewers

+ Provide editorial guidance for consistency and quality

** Your Team*
* You will be welcomed as a member of the Medical Team of the Research Databases team (a team of about 42 people) and the larger Product Management Content Team. ** About You*
* + 7+ years' experience in both clinical writing & editing, and multiple accreditation processes

+ Strong in Evidence-based practice and research interpretation

+ Strong writing and editing skills

+ Excellent understanding and implementation of accreditation standards

** What sets you apart:*
* + Graduate (master's degree in nursing, doctorate preferred)

+ Experience in healthcare content development and continuing education publishing

+ Successful management of multiple accreditation processes and regulatory compliance

+ Successful editorial leadership experience

+ Clinical knowledge across nursing specialties, especially nursing education

+ Project and stakeholder management

** Pay Range*
* USD $ - USD $ /Yr.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
