About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Remote Sanitation Coordinator to manage and oversee sanitation protocols from a distance. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across multiple sites without needing to be physically present. You will be responsible for coordinating cleaning efforts, monitoring compliance through digital means, and ensuring all facilities adhere to health and safety regulations.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who excels at remote collaboration and has a strong background in sanitation management within the Eastern Cape region or similar.

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning teams and services across various remote locations, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with sanitation policies and procedures through remote observation tools, reports, and virtual check-ins.
• Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken across all sites.
• Develop and update sanitation guidelines and training materials for on-site personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sanitation-related queries and issues, providing remote support and solutions.
• Analyze sanitation data to identify trends and recommend improvements to existing protocols.

• Proven experience in sanitation coordination, facilities management, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on remote oversight.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
