Role overview

This role brings experienced AI trainers onto a paid, remote participant pool that supports researchers developing and evaluating AI models. After passing a brief skills check, contributors select from task-based assignments and complete them from home, with engagement typically capped at roughly one hour per task.

• Carry out AI training work such as reading, analyzing, editing, and writing annotations tied to model outputs.
• Assess and judge how well AI systems handle assigned prompts.
• Offer human feedback that contributes to improving frontier AI models.
• Sit a short skills verification test prior to joining the pool.

• A reliable, fast home internet connection and suitable personal computer.
• A Pay Pal account for receiving payment.
• Comfort operating as a self-employed worker who self-declares income.
