• Listen to synthetic voice clips and rate how natural the pronunciation, rhythm, and tone sound
• Flag cases where accent, intonation, or pronunciation feel unnatural or culturally mismatched
• Assess whether the AI's delivery fits the conversational and cultural context of the exchange
• Tag audio samples with structured feedback covering naturalness, tone, and authenticity

• Strong command of natural, everyday Lithuanian, with near-native fluency
• Ability to detect subtle differences in accent, vocal tone, and delivery style
• Working proficiency in English for following task instructions and submitting feedback
• Consistent attention to detail across short, repetitive evaluation tasks
• Quiet workspace equipped with good-quality headphones or speakers for audio review
• A Pay Pal account to receive task-based compensation

• Background in linguistics, translation, phonetics, or a closely related discipline

• Hourly rates typically fall between $20 and $26 USD, depending on the study
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Most tasks are short, with some requiring up to one uninterrupted hour of focused work
• Quick onboarding once a qualification assessment is passed
