• Provide expert advice on plant selection, propagation, and cultivation techniques for various crops.
• Develop and recommend strategies for soil improvement, nutrient management, and water conservation.
• Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for optimal growing conditions and layout.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plant diseases, pest infestations, and environmental stress factors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable horticultural practices.
• Document findings, recommendations, and project outcomes in detailed reports.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Horticulture, Botany, Plant Science, or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) as a horticultural consultant or specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of plant physiology, pathology, and entomology.
