Remote Hygiene Compliance Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Hygiene Compliance Specialist to join their organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that company-wide hygiene and sanitation policies are developed, implemented, and consistently adhered to across all operational sites, despite the distributed nature of the workforce. You will be responsible for auditing compliance, providing remote guidance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of hygiene standards.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and safety, working independently from a remote location, and playing a key part in maintaining our client's reputation for excellence, particularly relevant for a company with operations potentially extending beyond Centurion .

• Develop, review, and update hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures for various business units.
• Conduct remote audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Provide expert advice and support to site managers and staff on hygiene best practices via virtual channels.
• Analyze compliance data and prepare reports highlighting areas of concern and recommended corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of evolving hygiene standards, regulations, and industry trends.
• Facilitate remote training sessions and develop educational materials on hygiene protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hygiene management or regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough audits and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations.
