Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Hygiene Operations Lead to remotely manage and enhance hygiene standards within their operations, serving the Bloemfontein area. • Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation strategies , policies, and procedures.
• Oversee remote operations of cleaning and sanitation teams, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct virtual assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established hygiene standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the budget for hygiene supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Analyze hygiene data, identify trends, and report on performance metrics, recommending improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Health, Environmental Science, or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hygiene management , sanitation, or quality assurance roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing operations and teams remotely .
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
