- Interpret seismic data, well logs, core samples, and other geological information to define subsurface structures and stratigraphy.
- Identify and evaluate drilling prospects, providing geological assessments and risk analysis.
- Develop and maintain geological models for exploration and appraisal projects.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams using virtual communication tools and platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest geological concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
- Contribute to technical proposals and reports for new exploration acreage.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related earth science discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in exploration geology, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in geological interpretation software (e.g., Petrel, Kingdom Suite).
- Strong understanding of structural geology, sedimentology, and sequence stratigraphy.
