• Interpret seismic data, well logs, core samples, and other geological information to define subsurface structures and stratigraphy.
• Identify and evaluate drilling prospects, providing geological assessments and risk analysis.
• Develop and maintain geological models for exploration and appraisal projects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams using virtual communication tools and platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest geological concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
• Contribute to technical proposals and reports for new exploration acreage.

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related earth science discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in exploration geology, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in geological interpretation software (e.g., Petrel, Kingdom Suite).
• Strong understanding of structural geology, sedimentology, and sequence stratigraphy.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex geological challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
