10a Labs is seeking a senior specialist for the remote evening shift to remain hands-on while guiding Junior Specialists. The role is fully remote across the United States with a Monday–Friday overnight schedule (12:00 AM–8:00 AM ET) on a 12‑month contract.
You will review and label content, escalate imminent-risk cases, mentor juniors, and coordinate with the Principal to ensure smooth handoffs and coverage. A law-enforcement background and comfort with distressing material are required.
