POSITION OVERVIEW

With oversight, provide support for creating cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implements technologies deployed across applications, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains.
  • Research attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and provides countermeasure recommendations.
  • Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration, or denial of access to information and systems.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required.

    The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

    Pay Range: $66,803.00 - $ per year

    Colorado Pay Ranges: Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $71,480 - $112,939;
    Henderson, Mead $75,488 - $119,271;
    Gypsum $80,165 - $126,660

    Illinois Pay Ranges: Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford, Aurora $71,480 - $112,939;
    Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion, Buffalo $80,165 - $126,660

    New York Pay Ranges: Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $71,480 - $112,939;
    Bethpage, Montgomery, West Babylon $80,165 - $126,660

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or related field.
    • Two (2) years professional experience in information technology security.
    • Experienced with Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Good analytical skills with the ability to review data, define issues and identify solutions

    Additional Details: While this is a remote position, the successful candidate must reside within 50 miles of a Fed Ex Freight location within the continental U.S.
