This full-time hybrid role including extensive travel, based in Miami, FL with some work-from-home flexibility, is for a Dedicated Executive Protection Lead specializing in providing high-level security services for a client. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing executive protection strategies, conducting risk assessments, implementing secure transport protocols, and ensuring client safety during both domestic and international travel. The role requires frequent traveling and the ability to adapt to high-pressure, dynamic environments while maintaining operational excellence and discretion.

• Extensive expertise in Executive Protection, Secure Transport, and risk mitigation protocols
• Proven ability to conduct threat assessments, develop security strategies, and respond to potential security incidents
• Experience operating in high-pressure environments with strong situational awareness and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated experience in leadership and coordination of protection teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Background in military, law enforcement, or related domains, with proficiency in strategic planning and high-level protection
• Possession of relevant certifications such as Executive Protection, First Aid/CPR, or EMT certification is beneficial
• Valid passport and the ability to travel on short notice, including internationally
• Strong knowledge of technology tools and communication platforms to coordinate security efforts effectively
